The following declarations apply to the diamonds, precious metals and jewellery supplied and invoiced by Anamay Inc. They are made to the best of our knowledge and are supported by our implemented policies and procedures, together with written assurances provided by our suppliers.

Diamond Origin (Kimberley Process)
To the Best of our Knowledge, Implemented policies/procedures and written assurance from our suppliers, we state that Diamonds herein invoiced have not originated from the MBADA and Marange resource of Zimbabwe and "Conflict zone of Democratic Republic of Congo region".

Compliance & Disclosure
The diamonds are in compliance with the applicable law and relevant WFDB Charter on disclosure of synthetic, treated natural and natural diamonds and OFAC guideline.

Natural Origin & Source
All our diamonds are natural and have been checked in a synthetic diamond testing machine, except where otherwise stated.
The diamonds herein invoiced are exclusively of natural origin, formed and grown under natural and geological processes, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds. The diamonds herein invoiced are not sourced from artisanal mines.

Conflict-Free Guarantee
The diamonds herein invoiced have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict, in compliance with United Nations Resolutions and corresponding national laws. The seller hereby guarantees that these diamonds are conflict free and confirms adherence to the WDC SoW Guidelines.

Natural & Untreated
The diamonds herein invoiced are exclusively of natural origin and untreated unless otherwise disclosed based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds.

Russian Federation Origin
We further certify that the natural diamond & precious metals jewellery in this shipment are not of Russian Federation origin or were not exported from the Russian Federation.

Responsible Sourcing (SRSP)
The seller warrants that these products have been supplied in compliance with the Signet Responsible Sourcing Protocol ("SRSP").

Quality Control & Inspection
All quality and origin checks have to be carried out by the purchaser, consignee or their authorised representatives before the initiation of purchase or consignment. No claims will be entertained after the delivery of goods has been taken by the buyer, consignee or their authorised representatives.
Consignee, purchaser or their representative should confirm any QC issue within 10 days after receiving any goods from Anamay; after the mentioned period Anamay will not be responsible for any issues. Anamay will also not be liable towards any issue if any item gets repaired locally (or not done by Anamay) after delivery of any orders.

Product Safety — Lead Content
We, Anamay Inc, certify that the jewelry mentioned in the invoice does not contain a level of lead that would prohibit the jewelry from being sold or offered for sale pursuant to Article 10.1.1, Chapter 6.5, Division 20, of the California Health and Safety Code [sections 25214.1 - 25214.4.2].
